Born in Dallas Texas, brought up in Atlanta Georgia, and currently residing in Toronto, Ontario, Jeff has found a love for his new home here in Canada.
With initial aspirations to become a chef Jeff Carroll found a passion in mixology and was quickly converted to a bartender early in his career. Never losing sight of his culinary mind he uses his love for nuanced flavor combinations and creative instincts and channeled them toward cocktail creation.
After 15 years in the food and beverage industry as a bartender Jeff felt that although he loved creating contemporary cocktails he was continuously drawn back into the tinkering and blending of mixes, tinctures and syrups.
Wanting to find the balance of ease of use and a small-batched crafted product Jeff turned creating a line of products designed for both professional and home use. After many years of trial and error, lots of market research, and dedication to perfection Jeff was officially ready to launch Carroll & Co. in the summer of 2013.
